The hotel facilities is old and somehow outdated. The room lighting really needs more improvement because it is too dark when the night comes. Overall, such a decent hotel for your business purposes.

Asking for a non-smoking room....entering the room, the thick smell of cigarette smoke was enough to stuffing my nose. There's thick dust in the aircon, did they even cleaned it. The worst hotel that I ever stayed in. The room looks like a cheap motel room. Really bad experience.

Definitely not new hotel, big swimming pool, crowded on long weekends, stayed for a week. Breakfast was great and you get to taste local bandung cuisine. Omelette station always a long queues.Carpet room, staff are always helpful with a toddler. Great job Horison Bandung

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel.
What I do love about this hotel:
- very strategic location.. around 400m from the hotel and you'll get to turangga street that has a lot of food options.. less than 15 minutes could get you to riau street that also has many food options.
- a lot of parking space for both car u0026 bikes. If you're using a car, you car windows will be cleaned by the staff
- there's a supermarket on the next building
- the staff are very helpful and has quick response.. my fridge doesn't cool down, so I called the lobby to send a technician to my room. The technician comes within 15 minutes and problem solved
- has two available swimming pool (3 in total)
- the restaurant has a great taste, with affordable prices. Ordering for your room is available for 24 hours.
- very close to the highway gate

What I don't like about this hotel:
- the elevator door closes too soon.. and it's quite heavy to block the closing door using your hand.. so you must move swiftly when the door is open
- if you leave in the morning / afternoon and comes back at night, sometimes the room card will not open the door. We must take it to the receptionist and ask them for the card to be programmed again for it to be able to open the door again.

Overall, I like staying a this hotel..

The ac didnt work ,so it need to repair at 10,30pm. (-)
The furniture is old (-)
The pool is big but didn,t well maintained (-)
The room not so clean (-)

Finally we move to another room because the ac problem didnt solve. (+)

Friendly staff (+)

Need renovation asap.

First impression coming for the 1st time is the hotel looks ancient. Some abandon site near the parking entrance seems so spooky especially when you came in afternoon with some dramatic rain fall. But we get it, it is pandemic time, everyone tries to bounce back. The parking lot is extraordinary, not only vast space available but you can wash your car on spot. There is car keeper available, although I am not really sure if he is employed by hotel management. We booked for 2 days. I suggest you to book the renovate one. The security guard was so friendly, hotel trainee staff was awesome preparing documents while staff in uniform smile and watching trainees worked :) Some antigue decoration like Jaka Tarub painting are presented, the hall way to the room was place for arts good, and for those whose height more than 180 cm, watch out your head, glass decoration got really low. We got the old style room, marmer floor, some bath up, ancient AC control, small TV, broken curtain, kind of so-so toilet, mushy ceiling due to raindrop supposedly, dim room light. It was perfect detective murder scene :). We enjoy the night and decided to leave the next day because of sudden business at another place. Btw the Superindo supermarket is on the right side of the hotel, if you want to have some snack at night since you can not reserves food from hotel restaurant, in our experience.

Not my first time in horison ultima. My experience had been the same everytime i came. Horison was huge. With many potential that it can actually work on. They have this huge lobby, huge parking area, huge swimming pools, everything was huge here but always looked 'tired'. Tiles on swimming pool area was so old and need replacement, the toilets, shower room and changing room in swimming pool area just in poor condition. Food just 'acceptable' but nothing special really. I love this hotel because the staffs are just super dupee friendly, you will feel like at home with their warmth and smile, and my big family often make events here because they have huge ballrooms too, but really wish it could live up the expectations of stars hotel.
What can be done: change the tiles, renovating toilets, changing old carpets, formulating one or two speciality menu where people would be willing to come and try, hire a good barista at least people can enjoy a good cup of coffee nearby the pool if they have a good barista.
