How come only 1 employee in there? And it is Sunday ! So many customer queueing there. Took 10 minutes to serve 1 customer. Bad management. Pity on that 1 employee. He must be very tired.

jeez, what happened to hoka hoka bento / hokben? it used to be a favorite but now: 1) rice portion too small; 2) price becomes expensive; 3) everything else but the price also becomes smaller. go check yoshinoya instead.
