Great doctors, excellent services, amazing customer service and follow up. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Only issue might be how it can be hard to find parking sometimes, but that's not a big deal. Overall excellent hospital.

They have good doctor but worse hospital since change to public hospital. If you sick and need to handle by good doctor come here. If you urgent or critical please go to others they are really slowwwww and need to care more to their patient. Experince this more than once ???? and will experience this in future because that good doctor only work here

From our residence this is one of the nearest good and clean general hospital, with friendly staffs and nurses...., but with very limited parking lot.

The worst hospital experience. We went to see Dr Syah Mirza on a Thursday evening. His clinic hours was from 5-6 pm. We got there at 5.45 and they said the doctor was done for the day since 5.30, he went home then. How being a doctor allows you to work only half your hours, when your schedule is publicly available is beyond me. We even called in advance to confirm his availability. After hours of Bandung traffic, we arrived and the doctor was not even there. What a shame. Not worth being on Bandung’s list of top hospitals.

Most visited hospital. The favorite one. Friendly staff and lovely doctor. But limited car parking.
