Unsatisfying for service since registration late and less of counter, initial diagnosis slow (not on time) and looks like pingpong, nurse respond slow for inpatient, downgrading level room from insurance level room, smell rest room for inpatient room, air cond always turned off, doctor visit very slow.

Appreciate to Customer Care and Hermina Hospital Management for quick respond (less than 24 hrs) of our unsatisfying by direct come to me as customer to get the feedback and improvement needed. It's same with your pin "We Care"

Their service is quite good, can use BPJS. The parking lot is spacious as in the basement. The room is quite clean and comfy. Easy to reach because located near the main road. Sometimes held an exercise/gymnastic for pregnancy woman. It's worth to try.

I need to express my concern about this hospital, I experienced poor service in Administration of Emergency Unit (IGD). It takes very long time to register patient whilst we need prompt response because my son had a minor accident, info from my family in IGD room, the medical treatment can only be proceeded once the patient is already registered. Management of Hermina Hospital needs to refine and revamp the business process in IGD if they want to re-gain the trust from society. I used to be a loyal patient at this hospital since couple years ago, however now it seems the service quality needs to be improved. Hospital is about trust and humanity, we need to emphasis those values rather than the commercial part. In addition, when those values are already embedded in patients/customer's heart, the commercial part will come by itself.

Unsatisfied service, waiting for 3 hours to get the blood result. Less hospitality either. Total wasted time approx up to 4 hours and half

Low quality of customer services. Takes too much time to have blood measured (1st stage of CU procedure) plus lots of queues. That’s all? My story hasn’t finished yet for at least needed almost 6 hours to only get my medicine from the pharmacy. Amazing right? ;)

Bonus: this is what has been happening now (20/10/20 16.35) as I’ve been waiting for my meds since i dropped the prescription around 11.30. Dont know what happened, people are getting more and more in the queue and they’ve turned off the pharmacy’s room light. Soooo slowww... i should’ve brought my picnic sets here tho! Lol

Great experience visiting this hospital. The employee are humble and very helpful when you need some information, the doctor also professional and give statisfying services. However some facility need to be increased I.e. dedicated registration desk for Poli exclusive.
