The services here is excellent. However, as for their autumn room it would be best if they don't over decorate it, as it makes the room quite narrow and too much things. But their summer room is great with bright neutral color makes it comfortable to stay in. And it would be nice if the shower has a door on it so, we won't be making the floor all slippery and wet.

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here.

I had a pleasant stay here. The room I booked was the spring themed - i guess. The room's pretty, clean, and spacious. They provide welcome drink, clean towels and shower kit. Their room rate is affordable, too. The down side was only its location. If we come from the southern part of the city, the map might direct us towards a pretty complicated route.

The hotel i would say very Bandung like, creative, compact, clean, friendly and functional. The pros: location is perfect (close to shopping, food, restos, gas station), ALL can be reached by walking. I did my business in Setiabudi area and can be a headache to go down the traffic flow and drive Cihampelas st or Cipaganti st and climb back up to reach setiabudi. The hotel saved me time spent on driving. Thanks! The room is quite spacious, amenities is standard, i appreciate that they push their unique style on designing each room according to seasons theme. Breakfast is nice and has variety of selections too. The only cons was that I can hear people talking and laughing on the hallway, so perhaps, it needs a better soundproofing. But really, it was a nice budget stay.

Rooms is superb except minor thing, the only minor is, no don't disturb or ask to clean sign for the door and unfortunately the safety box in locked position, too short trip / 1 day for me to bother ask why, it should be default to check when prepared room for check in

A nice hotel with strategic location. At the roadside in front of the gas station. Near KFC, Hokben, Yoshinoya, and Macdi. Near Rumah Mode factory outlet. During check in you must pay 100K for safety deposit. Swimming pool is rather small but suitable for children. They provide swimming towel near the pool. Car park not too big. They have 4 seasons decoration for their rooms. I got Deluxe Spring room which is very beautiful and clean. Staff really helpful especially Ms. Ica who helped me getting a connecting room so I can supervise my children easily. Thank you so much.
Input for the hotel :
1. Please provide a wide range variation of food for breakfast.
2. Refill the food quickly, I’ve waited too long just to get some sausages for my children.
3. Smoking area near the swimming pool is not comfortable for parents who want to guard their children.
4. Please provide shampoo and soap in small bottle/tube instead of using a dispenser that you stick on the wall right now.

The room in the hotel were generally clean and well equipped. But breakfast is not recommended - the variety of food was quite lacking and tasteless.

We stayed for two nights in summer and spring. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. They are newly renovated.

Breakfast is ok. Service is good and fast response. We cant call the restaurant so that we order food from outside, but they lend us the utensils for eating.
