Staffs were polite but kinda robotic. More warmth please, we are Sundanese people. We are friendly and warm.
Found a dirty/used toothbrush in the bathroom when I shower and the soap/shampoo dispenser were empty.
Overall good but for the price you can do more.

If you talk about 3-start hotel, this is one of the best. The breakfast was tasteful, the ambiance was nice, the staff also helpful and friendly. With the location that in the middle of Bandung this hotel could be promoted to next grade if they want, but this hotel should upgrade the quality of cleanliness. The parking lot also small but it's normal in this middle of city.
Overall this hotel was great if you staying with friends or family..

The place location is perfect. Near to many good places to eat. Service is good. Only we ordered a non smoking room, yet we get a room with cigarettes smell.

Very pleasant stay, spacious room and also the staff were very friendly.
Location wise is very strategic, it’s walking distance to clothing shop and also Toko kue sari sari.
The breakfast was good, served at Kopi O restaurant. And on the lobby areas has some traditional gift shop (clothes, snack, etc)

Booked this hotel via Traveloka and everything went smooth at first. Checkin was swift, and the receptionist lady was very bright and friendly. A very strategically located hotel, which quite famous on social media (especially Tiktok).

I entered the room, and that's when all my expectations hit rock bottom. Here's why :
1. The balcony was very dirty, it's like they haven't even clean it at all before I got in. I'm sorry, but it's the saddest looking hotel balcony I've ever seen.
2. The bed was okay. Well, not the worst but I've seen many better beds before. They provided bolster (guling), which was filthy with unknown stains. Yuck.
3. Bathroom amenities were okay, towels were old and definitely need replacement.
4. The room is not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and room next to me (since my room had a connecting door).
5. AC took forever to set the room temperature. And it got pretty hot in the afternoon if you open the curtain.
6. The room lighting sucks. Maybe they were trying to make a romantic/aesthetic dimmed room settings with warm lighting. But it gets very dark in the night.
7. And last but definitely not least, the wifi sucks.

Breakfast was okay-ish, but it couldn't make amends to my disappointment of the room condition.

Dear Management,
You only got two stars for the great experience provided by your bright receptionist lady. If not because of her, I'd rate my experience as one star.

Sorry, I will not come back and/or recommend this place to my relatives.

Great room and view... In front of the street but not much loud traffic heard... Wall feels thin.. i can hear people on the hallway and neighboring room

The room kinda dark at night, on second night the tea bag and sweetener not restock by housekeeping. First night breakfast was good but on second night every meal on buffet nearly gone with no refilled insight...
