The location is indeed downstairs, near Carrefour where there are indeed many restaurants in the area. Decoratively, the place is quite comfortable with wood and synthetic grass accents in some parts, even though it's a bit hot, especially because it's not full indoor, so the air conditioner doesn't taste good either. That afternoon I ordered Bibimbap and Boricha for drinks. In my opinion, Boricha aka Korean tea is like most teas, neutral in taste to rinse the tongue but still has its own unique taste character. For the Bibimbap, it comes in a hot ceramic bowl, filled with carrots, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickled radish, mushrooms, sliced u200bu200bmeat, as well as leaves (spinach?) complete with gochujang sauce.

In terms of taste, it's standard. Because there is no particular standard in the bibimbap recipe, so yes, the spectrum is broad. But in my opinion, the aroma doesn't come out, you need a bit of generous sesame oil to give it a slightly thicker 'Korean' character. Apart from that, overall what I feel is the dominant sour taste, although it's reasonable considering that most Korean food ingredients are fermented.

For service, it's okay. I can see, but the awareness of the staff in handling customer calls and dexterity needs to be uniform because some staff don't understand when I call even though the conditions are not crowded, at least 4 tables have customers.

Gue sebelumnya tau tempat ini sebagai restoran korean bbq All You Can Eat, ternyata pas lagi gak ada ide buat makan siang gue coba liat-liat dan ada menu ala carte. Lokasinya memang di bawah, dekat carrefour yang mana memang banyak resto di area situ. Secara dekor, tempatnya lumayan nyaman dengan aksen kayu dan rumput sintetik di beberapa bagiannya walau agak panas sih apalagi karena gak full indoor jadi ACnya juga kurang berasa. Siang itu gue pesan Bibimbap dan Boricha untuk minumannya. Menurut gue Boricha alias teh korea layaknya teh kebanyakan, netral rasanya buat membilas lidah tapi tetap ada karakter rasa unik tersendiri. Untuk Bibimbapnya hadir di mangkuk keramik panas, isinya wortel, toge, timun, acar lobak, jamur, irisan daging, sama ada daun (bayam?) lengkap dengan saus gochujang

Untuk rasa, standar sih sebenernya. Karena gak ada pakem tertentu dalam resep bibimbap, jadi ya memang spektrumnya luas. Tapi kalo menurut gue aromanya kurang keluar, perlu minyak wijen yang agak generous buat sedikit menghasilkan karakter 'korea' yang lebih kental. Selain itu overall yang gue rasakan adalah rasa asam yang dominan meskipun wajar jika mengingat kebanyakan bahan makanan korea hasil fermentasi.

Untuk pelayanan, udah oke kok. Gue liat tapi awareness staff dalam menghandle panggilan customer dan kecekatan perlu diseragamkan karena beberapa staff ada yang gak ngeh pas gue panggil padahal kondisinya gak rame kok, paling 4 table yang ada customernya.
