I was here on a class outing, we had 4 people per room and it was a bit cramped, although I'm sure with the appropriate amount of visitors it was a decent room, my complaints about the room were the lack of amenities, we had no complementary tea or coffee or even water, the shower had no closing mechanisms, and our room didn't have a mini fridge when the room next to us had one. Those were my only complaints, and even though I have many complaints I had an enjoyable stay and would like to stay there again.

Maybe my memories stuck in the past time. What i remembered about this hotel was not exactly match the current situation. Stayed for 2 nights. We stayed at the Non Smoking Room in front of the pool, unfortunately these non smoking rooms also given to some guest that smokes. The guests next to my room smokes cigarettes all the time. Now, why would you give away non smoking room to active smokers? really, and no staffs reminding them that they are in non smoking area. The room was spacious, equipped with below standard amenities. 1 small round bar soap, 2 toothbrush in one pack, and that's all. Do not expect fridge nor hairdryer, nope. But they do have an electric kettle, old AC that left you mumbled will this be ever gonna work as AC or was it just a rectangular fan in disguise, and a tv. The wardrobe was huge but smell. The shower room was a capsule shower room with only 1 glassdoor left, so the water will definitely flood the dry part of the whole toilet area. I kept asking for more foot rug to keep my room dry. The door to the toilet was a sad PVC door, and the worst was the sink that probably shows initial clogging because the water drain supaslow. No room service so i can not order food from my room. I rely on Gofood if i want to snack or eat some comfort food. The location of course superb, great fresh air (especially if i actually can enjoy my non smoking experience), not close to the city but i was not looking for city, i was more into view, nearby attraction around Lembang area and fresh mountain air. They have the best welcome drink, it was a coupon that you can exchange to your selection of teas or coffee in the hotel. I chose coffee and to my surprise it was not an instant coffee in a cup, i get a very nice cup of capucinno, brew from beans with real barista, bravo! Breakfast was okay, and extra charge for kids above 6 was 60 thousand rupiahs. I'll leave it to your decission whether you are going to love this place or otherwise.

I left one of my think u0026 call a day latter to the hotel staffs, twice but no satisfied answer beside :"We will check to the housekeeping u0026 let you know latter. " Rooms is tidy but bathroom door lock is broken, tv channel is bad, statics. Breakfast with a bit hard fried rice, aircon in 23°C is warm although its should be colder☝????

Great hotel for just stay in my opinion, the hospitality and services from staff so great! Strategic location in my opinion because near to some attraction such as the great asia africa and farmhouse, wide space parking, near atm, street vendor, minimart and restaurant. But in my trip i have problem with room like there some broken facilities and interior like window can't be shut perfectly, broken Tv, broken air conditioner.
I wish in the next trip and stay can get another improvement. And FYI this hotel is CHSE certified

Old overpriced hotel with bad hospitality and dirty room. We came to the hotel at 10pm and can see it clearly the bedsheet has lots of stain and smell bad. We called the housekeeping but none answer. We came down to the reception and complaint about the bedsheet. It take an hour to finally get new bedsheet. They said that it’s hard for them to provide clean bedsheet without stain because the color is white. Such a bad experience and won’t stay at this hotel again

Very old hotel in overprice price. Paid for 600k per night (800k on traveloka) and the room is in a bad condition and lot of stain on the bed sheet. Better avoid this hotel. No elevator! Not friendly for elderly and pregnant mom

.. very suitable to bring family members to stay here, the location which is on the main route to various tourist attractions makes it easy for guests to go to the destination tourist location and return to this hotel to take a rest ..
