first of all, the staff gave us a wrong information about the room we went round for about 15-20 minute. We booked 2 rooms at the hotel and one of the rooms didn't have the electricity so we must wait for more then 30 minutes in a black out room without ac. After that they gave us a new room with a new problem, the water won't run and it tooks about another 30-45 minutes for us to wait for the technician to fix it(and still no hot water for that night). They gave us a compliment with a free buffet of cold food and they didn't refill or atleast reheat the food. Do you think the problem has solved? no the bedside lamp has a short circuit and do a little pop of explotion and guess what it's the second black out room we have experience in 2 hours. We do call the receptionist and he told us to wait but the technician didn't come for more than 1 hours so we call again and the receptionist told us to move the room. It was already midnight and i have a pretty long trip so I'm pretty tired and didn't want to do another room move. After the technician fix the black out room turns out that the charging port won't work and we must call again the receptionist and wait for about 1 hours and still the technician won't come and the receptionist told us to move room (again). I'm run out of patience and i said i didn't want to because it's already in the middle of the night and we have a pretty long trip and a couple of problems so please just check the room first before gave us a room move option. In the next morning we had a breakfast at 8am and the food already cold yea 8am in the morning and the foods are cold just like the night before (idk when they cook it). After the wOnDeRfuL breakfast we did a little explore to see the facilities. the swimming pool was dirty in the night we arrive and still dirty in the next morning despite that we've told the staff to clean it. The gym facilities are pathetic, almost all of the machine are broken and we can't barely use it. The sauna and spa facilities? they closed it and smells like a humid and musty room. so we come back to our rooms and decided to sleep for the rest of the day. Overall if i can give half stars, i'll give this hotel 0 star you're welcome

First room I was given was disgusting. Mould all over the bathroom (particulalrly bad latch on the roof), which smelt revolting. Broken cupboard, curtains and skirting boards.
Was given a replacement room which was only slightly better. Shower still mouldy, but at least it didnt stink as badly. Curtains still broken. Breakfast was stone cold when it arrived at the room, and I wasnt brave enough to try it.
Air con worked well but vents looked like they hadnt been cleaned in many years, black with dust.
I cant recommend staying here. Hope they make an effort to improve the state of their rooms in future.

Despite the strategic location, the hotel facility is just plain terrible. I booked a room at this hotel because the photos in one of the e-commerce sites were good and they said there was a swimming pool and suitable for families. However, I came there greeted by a huge shock as everything was very different. The hotel itself was not family-friendly at all. When I checked in, I was given a room with a broken toilet, a sink that almost fell off, the "non-smoking" room that smelled like 5packs of burnt cigarettes, the bed-bottom had sharp edges, the bed sheet seemed old and worn. I booked two rooms in two different Kagum Hotels and I felt so disappointed. It wasn't worth the money and experience. I felt bad bringing my baby to this hotel.

Stayed here during PPKM level 4 (August 2021). The travelling app offered swimming pool, turned out it was unavailable. Upgraded to deluxe room BUT!!! AC was not cooling the room, bath up was dirty, no bath amenities, breakfast was delivered late (they said they'd start delivering at 7, we received our meal at 8.40), parking lot was not well maintained nor monitored so there were car owners who couldn't move their car, overall I decided to give one star so that the hotel management will improve their service. This is a good hotel, or IT WAS. However, poor maintenance really degrades its quality. I hope they are able to regain their glory, hehehehee

1. Booked for 2 rooms for 2 nights, when checked in the reception gave 4 room keys
2. Cannot enter the rooms with the key given, we have to exchange the key in the front office, which is quite far from our room.
3. There is no hot water in the bathroom. Complained and they said they will fix it, while we have to go out for 3 hours. no fix at all. The engineering person just got info when we complained for 2nd time after we came back.
4. The front office promise to give a call back for any update, no call back from the front office.
5. the lights in the room are very poor
6. One of the room aircon is not working
7. Asked for changing rooms, they gave us other rooms with same issue
8. Complained again to the front office, no solution at all.
9. The room is very dirty, even there is trash from previous guest still avail in the room.
10. The aircon is very noisy. Took 1 hour for the crew to fix it in the middle of the night.
11. The lights in the aisle also very poor. No lights at all for several aisle, and on rhe stairs down.
12. The food is not only very bad but also not heated. Ordering egg from egg corner took 30mins and is not served if we do not ask.

If you have other option, do not choose this hotel.

We got free upgrade. Got a suite room. Room's so comfy, sadly a lot of room's property not working properly. AC's working properly. Water heater working properly. Some part of the bathroom not cleaned properly, but for me as long as they have comfy bed, proper water heater then all good ????

I think this is an old hotel and being bought by kagum management. I The room looks so lame, no cable tv, the toilet plasticky, shampoo n soap holder is broken, the sink half broken, breakfast not so good, old besheet, no hotel's sandal, and why management seems so not care enough regarding this matters.

I rate 2 because i've got discount rate.. Otherwise maybe i rate only 1 star.
