I felt comfortable but i think you need to improve the service quality. The room is clean, big enough and comfort. but I booked for non smoking room but I got smoking area wing... I was bit annoyed..
The hot water is not hot enough, toiletries are too few, not good enough... and also the sugar and instan coffee too few..
I feel satisfied for breakfast menus everyday, variety and the tastes were 8.5/10.. The problem is sometimes when you leave for took food, someone will occupy your sit.

The stars only for the location u0026 Wifi.

They charge 50% for 3 hours late check out.

AC wasn’t cold but that Ok as it not hot in Bandung.

Bathroom was very dirty in a way that i did not see even in lower price hotel. It is like dirt accumulated and not cleaning in months. Toilet has black dirts and bathtub has yellow stains.

I can take a better budget hotel with lower price along with breakfasts than this option.

I will not visited again.

Very friendly staff (especially the security, bellboy, all the restaurant staffu0026egg corner girl) Day 1 breakfast is by buffet, variety of food and the taste is good. Day 2, breakfast was sent to the room, still with many variety of food. Room is clean, but u might need to replace the dustbin with the new one.. Overall i'm impressed to stay here.. Thank u for the hospitality

Feels like time traveling to late 90’s or early 2000, old fashioned room at west building with creepy atmosphere but not mentioned on agoda or traveloka. Shower curtain is hanging by old wire, stained blanket and wall, only one electricity plug and full used for tv, refridgerator, and old kettle. Kettle contained rusty water so nasty. Old AC but still funtional. Only one hanger at my room. NOT WORTH FOR THE PRICE because this price same with 3 star famous hotel in center city of Jakarta. Hotel should mention which building we will get in agoda or traveloka, I feel got scammed not get the room like agoda/traveloka post ????

There are lots to mention here but I write all the necessary information. I came here two hours before check in time but I was given the room without any extra charge. When leaving I was given 30 minutes extra. The reception is the best because they are in the customer side. Very flexible according to the need of the customer. The other staff including restaurant best. Area is better. Swimming pool is very cold there three one for adults other two small ones. The security at the gate and main door are excellent.
So recommend this place to stay. Fare is good.
