I think this hotel should be 2 or 3 stars. The room is dirty. The floor is covered with brown carpet, but the carpet is dirty too. There is only one glass in a room, usually there are 2 glasses. There is no hot water in bathroom. This hotel should add more staffs for cleaning services. I spend 3 days 4 nights here, but the cleaning services only come once. The breakfast menu is not complete too.

Bad room as a 4 stars hotel, i think they should reaccredited as a 4 starts hotel. Unclean and bad pillow, hot water maker very dirty, so many dirt and dust inside room and bathroom. Room hall floor covered with a dirty rough and less lighting. Breakfast not complete with average taste as a 4 stars hotel. Very disappointed experience even tough for location is very good and their customer service hear our complain but nothing worth as 4 stars hotel rate.

No warm water for the shower in the mornings, many dirty spots in the room and bathroom, the sink water goes everywhere except for into the sink (hands still dry while my shirt already became wet). There is no safe lock in the door, it was missing.

First we got a wrong card for our room (cardholder said 318 but card said 304.) Then both roomdoors could not be opened again so we had to ask the service to fix this.

Ps. There are no stairs or elevator from the garage/parking to the lobby or rooms.

Breakfast was nice on the third and fourth morning. (The first 2 days it was mostly empty and meat and all was cold)

Location is great, very nearby the attractions.

It looks like it was a nice hotel in the old ages...

After 4 or 5 years coming back to this hotel, the room condition is becoming really poor. I guess the pandemic really hit this hotel.
No room service available, and we just been informed when we checked in. So we need to eat outside for lunch and dinner. Not even a cup of coffee or tea available other than what already been provided inside the room. But you could buy at the Alfa convinient store next to the hotel.
If you want to borrow dining plates and spoon and forks, they limit each room 1 pair of dining set (while each room is for 2... They expect us to eat after one another?). After long chat and showing our displease, finally they allowed us to borrow 2 dining sets per room (we book 4 rooms at that time).

The room its so dirty. The bed cover is ripped and the floor was covered by a dirty carpet. Also the price is not worth it at all. I spent about idr 600-700k but the room its so small and dirty as i said before. And the air conditioner is hot and isn't working even after the room service come and fix that

The location was perfect; a walking distance to the Grand Mosque, the Asia-Africa Conference Museum, and the general old-town Bandung district.

The room was good; I had the bigger room with a double bed. The breakfast was adequate for a limited menu because of the pandemic. If you want to find food outside, they're easy to find if you're not too fussy. There's a hip cafe within a minute of walking, and a convenience store too.

There's also a stall selling picture frames next to the cafe, if you're really in need to get one.

we checked in at 5 pm and the receptionist said out of three rooms, 1 is still not ready, even though we came late. After the last room was ready and given to us, they gave us the room with air con not working properly. We asked for the replacement room, and they said we cannot get room in the same floor with our family (in the other 2 rooms) and want to give us room in 2 floors higher. The worst of all is that the staffs are not nice. Really bad experience with this hotel. Will never coming back again for sure
