1. The hotel is located in the center of Bandung, 10 minutes drive from Bandung Train Station.
2. The room is spacious but cleanliness must be improved significantly. The carpet on the floor is dusty. Bed linen and bedcover are already not in bright colour and there were some stains on these.
3. The swimming pool is lack of maintenance and the surrounding area needs to be cleaned properly
4. Staffs need to be trained to improve their hospitality and communication skills
5. Breakfast, even though it has a few options, but it was quite tasty.
6. The amenities provided by hotel is just a soap, shampoo, and tooth brush plus two complimentary water bottles.
7. Overall, I don't think the hotel meets the criteria for four-star hotel. It tends to be 3-star.
