Used to be our favorite place to stay. Building is great for photography and the food is amazing. However, the room itself doesn't really reflect a 5-stars hotel. Bed isn't great, floor isn't carpeted, and you can hear sounds from other rooms and down the hall.

Contratry to others' opinions, we love the pet hotel next to this hotel. For us, it's the main attraction.

I stayed here for one day here at weekend and i was mesmerized with the interior of this hotel, it was grandeur European style. It was very good for a photoshoot. The room was neat and clean. I love the food they served for breakfast, it has a wide variation of food, and the fresh juice station was a nice touch ????????????

FO should prepare arrival list. I paid already for the rooms 3 days before, but it took 10 minutes to find my booking for check in process. The hotel have facilities for your dog, it's so helpful facility.

Room are nice u0026 beautiful, food when breakfast were so delicious, view are so beautiful
All staff are kind, nice and the hospitality really sincere, two thumbs, no, thousands thumbs.

Rooms : I stay 3 days in deluxe double queen room. Overall room was clean and cozy. But for the balcon view was near to back yard of near neighbors house where dirty and little bit smell
Food : Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Especially for the salad dressing. They have many kinds of dressing. Various menu for breakfast, you must have big stomach to taste all breakfast menu.
Location: easy access, near to bandung city

Even though i've heard the story about the hotel that as spooky hotel, i dont feel anything. My friend in another room feel the spooky environment in room

A nice lovely beautiful place to stay while in Bandung. All staffs are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast served with many delicious meals.

Nice hotel, cool ambience, its bring me to early 1900s with vintage victorian style. Its also remind me to properties of incidious the movie. Good breakfast as well. Friendly staff. But need to improve related welcoming banner infront of the main gate, its too small for non local visitor to recognise
