Nice budget hotel, the stars on the review are mostly for the staff, really nice u0026 helpful. Breakfast was good. Some rooms need renovating, be sure to request a room change if you get put in one of the less desired ones, the staff will gladly help you.

The room is very big and spacious, the hotel location is very strategic, just next to a big mall, the morning buffet is surprisingly very good for budget hotel, but the bathroom only separate with a mirror so it would be better if the hotel provides with curtains

Stopped by only for meeting. The restaurant is quiet, yet they provide WiFi so it was ideal enough if you trying to fimd "work from home" spot. Drinks and food are average but considered cheap. You can grab something to drink with IDR 10-20K

I stayed here for 6 weeks straight in total.

Throughout staying in about 4 different rooms, there were some rooms that ac or shower head didn't function well. If you have any concern or problem, they are most likely solved if you contact the reception desk.

Few complaints which could be improved are some housekeeping personnel are extremely loud. They constantly slam the door in the hallway even though there are other guests in the other rooms. They are talking loud even when it's very late at night. Due to these reasons, I can not count how many times I was disturbed while sleeping. Some are really nice and polite when I meet them in the hallway, they would greet me first.

Lot of rooms have connecting doors. Don't be surprised if someone next to your room tries to open the door. Some ignorant guests could be extremely annoying talking, screaming loud late in the night even throughout morning time.

Overall my 6 weeks of stay here were 3 stars out of 5.

The hotel is good enough. Strategic location, nice room with carpet, close to minimarket and traditional food court. So for those who wants to get food outside hotel with cheap price, you have no worries.
However I got a room with only 2 electric plug and closet with bidet. I don't like it. I prefer bidet shower instead of bidet inside the closet.

The staff on the egg station, i think she's new ..we waited for 10 minutes for our omelette. She confused and try to remember all the guest's order from my point of view (hence i can say i waited 10 minutes for my omelette)

Staffs were helpful with all my complaints: disfunctional doorlock and broken plug (they gave me cable roll instead)
Breakfast was okay. Not many protein choices.
Thanks for the hospitality! It's the best thing here ????????????????
