I stayed in the Executive Room with Balcony and asked for double bed. It turned out that the double bed was two single beds joined into one, so the middle part was kinda not comfortable for my kid to sleep on.
The room is spacious but the toilet is wayyy too small and dim. I expect a bigger room to have a bigger toilet tho. The hot water in the first day was on and off, but the staff was quite helpful.
Food for breakfast was good, not much of variety tho. Overall it's good. Hopefully it can be better.

I didn't expect too much, because i only stay here for 7 hours. Checked-in at midnight. It was pretty smooth.
I reckon this property is affiliated with Harris, so at least they have same service. And it was correct. The staffs was friendly with proper gesture. From the security guy, front office, and restaurant staff. I noticed this one guy at restaurant was super nice and have perfect gesture. He was pretty young. Sorry, forgot the name.
The room was not 4-stars as they claim in OTA. It like 3-stars hotel. Bed was comfy, but with only one pillow.
Love their carpet.
Bathroom is the worse. It has less amenities and the shower design make the bathroom flood.
After all, i have good sleep, proper breakfast, and solid shower.

The hotel located in city center and near to cathedral. Location wise its a great place. The room also quite spacious - if you book superior premium, the room includes sofa. Be mindful though all superior room are located in smoking floor and no refrigerator.

The staff are great and ready to help. I love the rooftop and they provide working space and pool there.

The minus is ventilation as they didnt provide adequate one.

First time visit the building feels quite compact. We were confuse to find parking location but the Guard Service kindly helped us immediately. Registration processes is concise and fast. Once we got to the room, it feels clean with carpet on the floor, lots of TV channels, refridge is good, working table is quite large. Simple improvement is shower door. Without this door water splash wildly and 1 floor towel is not enough to keep the floor dry. 24 hours restourant is great for moslem who will perform fasting.

My e-cigarette was lost a week ago while my car parked by their vallet. I already sent an email to the GM but i've received no response. Very dissapointed. This place and their staffs are worst.

This hotel the cleanliness is lacking.the carpet in coridors hotel very dirty also the floor, inside room carpet very dirty.the bed sheets looks old and there is some stains around bed sheets and pillow sheet not recomended for family have kids.

It was 2nd time stay at the business room, and the room is spacious, actually i like the hotel room but the bathroom only too small and in the shower room, waterways clogged.
