A pleasant stay.. me and my friends arrived on short notice, quite late at night.. the hotel staff were very attentive, and he upgraded our room to suite in penthouse.. what a most welcoming suprise! Breakfast quite varied and the service were really good.. the only minus point might be the parking lot, but still five stars for the great experience..

Marriot standard hospitality, every single crew greeted us sincerely, took care every single request to the smallest detail, breakfast was festive, tasty with varieties. They served that one blueberry pudding in a tiny jar which I couldn’t help myself having three it! Bed was comfy, our 2 nights stay was beyond happy! Thank you!

One of the best 4 stars hotel in Bandung.

Will be my first choice for the next business trip.

Need to improve its gym. Same hotel in Surabaya has better gym equipment.

Stayed a total of 31 nights in two occasions this year. Good location, very friendly and helpful staffs, nice room and great food too. Definitely will stay here again during my visit to Bandung next time.

If you drive or you have a very expensive car and the size is quite big you better NOT stay in this hotel. They have the worst car ramp that I have ever experienced in my life. When I asked the staff in the front lobby to park on the ground level, he told me to ask the security personnel in the front gate. He told me that the empty space available is for the disabled person. Ok when I finally parked the car on the other side of the building, when I came back to the lobby door, I saw a car just parked there and surprisingly there’s no one in the car that is disabled nor need a wheelchair. Hhmmm…..is it because of my car is an SUV and the other one is a sedan so the hotel staff think that the sedan is more expensive than the SUV? Well I told you my dear friend that today the price of an SUV is way more expensive than sedans. I guess you have a lot to learn. And my question to the hotel is, are your hotel designed by an architect or merely a foreman? Because looking at the size of the car ramp heading to the basement doesn’t look like it was designed by an architect. I saw lots of black markings on the wall showing that lots of cars were bumping to the wall when they tried to get in or get out of the basement parking lot.

Honestly…
I have been to many hotels, but this one is different.

Different not in looks, but people are so so generous and nice here. I must say, extra caring and always one call away. I had some issues with AC temperature, the hotel Manager kept following up with me continously if im comfy or not.

Later same night, we came back from the market all restro were closed. But Mr. Puji R (at Resturant which is located behind the lobby) was so much nice to open the kitchen and resturant again and served us with delicious meals. Mr. Puji R made our simple dinner look like a special occasion and took special care of us. I hope every hotel have persons and managers like Four Point.

I will highly recommend this hotel for Food, People and Staff and locality ????????????????????????

And yes they are not Money Minded????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Staying 3 nights from Thu to Saturday. We booked 2 rooms. The rooms are nice, I got the one with gedung sate view. The location is also quite good. It's located near Superindo, we bought snacks easily.
