One of the best hotel with great facilities! They have everything you've been looking for. The maid is so kind and humble, I love them. The hotel has a basement for parking, and a food court for meals and beverages. And even in front of the hotel, there are food courts! Imagine when you wake up and you're hungry and just walking to the food court, it's so simple. Its location is kinda hard to get because of one-way street, but it's worthy when you arrived. Would be more fun if they has a swimming pool imo. Great Job! ❤️

Big rooms for small hotel its superb, hot water, comfy Bed, a lot of super place nearby the hotel to explore such as restaurant, mall, etc...... cheap with excellent service.. thumbs up ????????

Well... I guess this hotel isn't what it used to be. The room was okay, cleanliness needs improvement. Found a cockroach in my bathroom, and the water in the shower smells like sewer. The dining room looks very different from the previous picture now. The food are cold and the presentation looks kinda... sad. The internet connection is between low to non-existent. This hotel is still good if you're here on short trip for business, but if you want a vacation experience I wouldn't suggest you stay here.

Overall is good. The rooms, location, and the staffs are good. A nice hotel to stay for your vacation in Bandung, with your family or friends.

The room I booked is family type.

Plus:
- The room is comfy and spacious. The room has a nice panorama view of Bandung City.
- The staffs are nice, friendly, and helpful to the guests. The food served in breakfast tastes nice.
- The location is strategic, easy to spot from normal traffic, near the tourist attraction of Cihampelas Walk and Cihampelas Skywalk. The choices of public and private transportation suffice. It has walking distance to other tourist attraction as well. It was easy to find food near the hotel.

Minus:
- The food served in breakfast lack in diversity, and sometimes the foods are already run out when I came, and when I request to the staff, they need some time to restock the foods.
- You may find it discomforting because the main lobby of the hotel is used together for a travel agent's customer waiting place.
- In high season, the roads near the hotel have bad traffic jams.

The room were clean. Do not expect any city view since all you can see is the roof top of neighboring building The mattress box n the mattress need to be secured as they moved around when you change position during sleep. The location of the hotel is great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The Price affordable.

Positive: location wise is OK, staff handled properly. Negative: all linen looks dirty, specially pillow sheet u0026 blanket looks not clean properly , the color is grey not clean white, floor not clean u0026 mopped properly,window curtain and cabinet full with dust, on shower water very slow. bath towel same condition as other linens, grey color not clean white, Seems like the hotel not support covid-19 protocol..
