Equipment are complete for general workout. There is one personal trainer only, who stands by from day to night. Receptionists are kind and courteous. If you need the space and enjoys serenity in your work out, go in the morning. If you don't mind the buzz and crowd, even though you have to make a line to use the equipments, come after 2 pm. I haven't try the classes and tae kwon do dojan so I will not inude them in my review.
There are small diner on the 3rd floor, said to be offering healthy food, but rhere are some in the menu that use high amount of sugar. Regretfully, the small diner allow people to smoke and some of the peopleworki g out there do smoke a lot (including the personal trainer) which is not a healthy decision for supposedly healthy place. I am not inclined to try the diner even though it is usually quiet.
