WiFi was too slow, some of the wall paint are unfinished, parking space was WAY too small compared for those many rooms, and some of the toilet cannot be flushed (they using old style toilet). Great service and excellent staff by the way! Would recommend this if those problem are fixed and there's no other room available in this city

It's cheap acommodation for people who need just a comfortable place to sleep without the need of luxurious or sophisticated facilities. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is okay. But be wary, it's not recommended for people who bring their own cars, as they have only small space for parking lot, and you might find some difficulties to park and get out of there with your car

I booked deluxe room. The room is quite large and provides good facilities. No breakfast included. However, the AC room was broken (i cannot turn on it and set temperature as i want) and the room telephone was broken too. I wanted to call receptionist from my room but i couldn't, so i went to front office and ask for help. I went there twice as there is no response from my previous claim.

Strategic location, although a bit small parking lot. The room is clean and the price is really affordable. There are gym and pool on the rooftop, but haven't really checked it.

Quite good hotel in the middle of crowded Cihampelas. Though once I experienced bad equipment in the bathroom, the technician came quite fast. With affordable price, I think this hotel still oke. Teras Cihampelas and Ciwalk mall also can be accessed by walking.

Not the cleanest hotel, but alright. Bathroom smell not good, water hot and cool working well though. Facilities: mineral water, toiletries.

Staff friendly, food tasty, room clean and comfort, parking area not too big, but payment only by cash. Location near ciwalk.
