After waiting for a long time, finally another apartment resident took the elevator to the 23rd floor, so I rushed over. Arriving on the 23rd floor, continue down the path using the stairs. Finally arrived at Capsleep's room. The mood is already in chaos, but it doesn't matter what is important until, resting in the palace, maybe later it will be normal again.
Arriving at the Capsleep room, it is really like an ordinary apartment bedroom door. The door was closed and locked. I tapped several times, there was no answer. I called the contact number again, but there was no answer. I waited for an hour, while knocking on the door again, calling again, still no answer.
I finally decided to find another place and refund my booking on Traveloka. It turned out that it couldn't be refunded. This is my fault, I didn't check the refund question at the beginning.
So far this is my worst staycation experience. It was almost 3 hours that I was not sure how to try Capsleep. Hopefully Capsleep management can be more serious in handling consumers and no more consumers will be harmed. Finally I had a staycation at VK PODS Paskal which was comfortable and the service was much better.

Ada kayanya sejam lebih sy mondar mandir cari tempatnya di dalam apartment. Ada 4 kontak berbeda yg dicantumin di traveloka, google, dll, ga ada satupun yang bisa dihubungi.
Setelah searching2 nemu lah dia ada di apartment gedung B lantai 21 unit 2112. Yasudah sy inisiatif langsung roomnya. Ternyata ga bisa, masuk liftnya harus pake kartu akses. Saya coba lagi hubungi nomer capsleep, tetep ga ada respon. Setelah lama nunggu akhirnya ada penghuni apartemen lain yg naik lift menuju lantai 23, saya pun cepet2 nebeng. Sampai di lantai 23 terus turun jalan pake tangga. Akhirnya sampai di roomnya Capsleep. Mood udah kacau, tapi gapapa lah yang penting sampe, istirahat di dalem, mungkin nanti juga biasa lagi.
Sampai di room Capsleep beneran kaya pintu kamar apartemen biasa. Pintunya tertutup dan dikunci. Saya ketuk beberapa kali, ga ada jawaban. Saya hubungi lagi nomer kontaknya tetep ga ada jawaban. Saya tunggu ada lah sejam, sambil ketuk pintu lagi, telepon lagi, masih ga ada jawaban.
Sudah lah sy akhirnya memutuskan mencari tempat lain dan merefund booking sy di traveloka. Ternyata gabisa di refund. Ini salah saya sih tidak cek dulu soal refund di awal.
So far ini adalah my worst staycation experience. Hampir 3 jam saya luntang lantung ga jelas untuk mencoba Capsleep ini. Semoga manajemen Capsleep bisa lebih serius lagi menghandle konsumen dan tidak ada lagi konsumen yg dirugikan. Akhirnya saya staycation di VK PODS paskal yang nyaman dan pelayanannya jauh lebih baik.
