They have many kind of english tests here, including toefl prediction and eilts prediction test.
But their service system is still kind of conventional and not satisfying.
They don't have online registration test there, so you must come to the site to register. But there are many EDC machines to complete your payment on site.
I wanted to join their toefl test and already paid 500k. They only reminded me the test schedule on the spot. There was no online reminder before, although you registered to join the test 3 weeks to one month before it.
When it came to the test day, i had an urgency and didn't be able to attend it. I tried to message, phone them countless times, but there was no answer or reply. And they didn't bother to call me either whether i was be able to join the test or not.
And the next day, still, i was the one who called first to ask about my 500k fate or whether i could join the next schedule with a discount. They asked me to pay 500k again to rejoin the toefl test. So considering their bad service system, i think i will join the test at somewhere else.
When i paid the registration test, i thought i would also get a nice service system but they didn't seem to care since the money was already in their pocket.
