One of the best baso tahu.
In Jakarta it is called somai.
Its taste is good and delicious. It's fish meat taste is fresh. Very traditional and authentic culinary in Bandung.
It's peanuts sambal was good also.
I really like its somai, baso tahu, and skin in pieces. It's skin steam is very tasty.
Must try when visited Cibadak Food Market in Bandung.

One best taste of "Baso Tahu" in Bandung from 1990. Never change the taste, always same quality, must try when in Bandung.

Just a medium size cart with a few chairs on the side of Cibadak street, but they sell pretty expensive baso tahu/somay. The price is IDR 10k per pieces, and its not a big piece.
The bright side is, the meal is scrumptious!
I like to give it a 5 star, but the price is making my mouse clicked just 4 stars.
If you want to eat heavenly baso tahu at a far lower price, just go to baso tahu Ternate instead ;)

The legendary pork siomay and baso tahu, there's also pigskin and the customary potatoes,egg and bittergourd. Simple, delicious and expensive
