Very bad. Doctor didn't come on their exact schedule, they should standby from 11 am instead making the patient wait for more than an hour. The nurse only said "pls kindly wait for her coming" lollll ????

I did medical check up and RT PCR test here. The services good and the staff friendly. I have no problem at all. They are profesional and applied good protocol for COVID-19. The room clean and the bathroom too. If you guys looking for professional hospital in Bandung, Advent hospital will be on the top of my list. Thank you.

my mom called to register herself to dr. A (forgot the name) and they didn’t know dr. A’s schedule so there was no way we could register. the just didn’t know and didn’t offer any solution. isn’t it the registration job to know doctors schedule? so what are you doing there?

My family and I were visiting from out of town. Unfortunately we had an emergency with our parent. We rushed to the ER at Advent hospital on Cihampelas and endup in surgery room. The nurses and doctors were so amazing and very understanding, and quick respon. We’re comfortable. Their ER, surgery room and VIP room was super clean and well organized. The care we got there was amazing! The Dr was very kind and got my mother treated promptly. Thank you so much ????

Good service, clean u0026 comfy waiting area. Even the old building is maintained well. There is also canteen that served vegetarian dishes at the new building. The homemade whole meal bread are quite popular.

I was a visitor, not a patient, thank God. So my review would not be about the treatment service.
First good impression is the security officers were so responsive and informative. They approach visitors and offer help. Nurses are also excellent, asking us visitors of what help they might give.
The lift was working well. Anyway, I visited a friend in a VIP room and the room was pretty large with a nice view (as it lies in 6th floor), a long sofa, a fridge, and bathroom. The room was cleaned regularly. The photo is a view you can see from the sixth floor.

Way better than most of the hospital i habe been in bandung. The staff are superb, and after some time i get to knpw them personally. Way to go on the human relations part. ????????
