this is the place where Indonesia's first president, Soekarno got captured because he had a fighting spirit to help Indonesia be an independent country. There are people here who are willing to give information so that tourists could learn about this historical place. this place is very clean and nice, would recommend!

You will find this historical place if you look very carefully. Located in front of main road and in between modern buildings.

This is the place where the first President of Indonesia, Mr Soekarno, imprisoned. The prison is very tiny, not more than 4 square meters. the site now has been restored and quite nice, even the surrounding area is shady, squeezed by buildings and hard to noticed on traffic.

I find this place kinda shady, many stores are not open but lots of vehicle packing any available lots in front of them. Its also uncomfortable to walk around the stores for there seems to be no space dedicated for walking. For the stores that are open, I'm not even sure that theyre open, what theyre selling (tho mostly electronics theyre always seem dark). This area is so NOT lively. And the back alleys, theyre filled with carts, and some shady people sleeping.
