Not worth it at all. I booked this hotel from agoda. It said it is a 4 star hotel. But i think it isn't near 3 star hotel. The bed sheet's dirty, the bathroom's dirty, the toilet's dirty, even the restaurant too. The chairs, the tables, the plates are all dirty, i dont know wether the hotel is out of staff or what.

About the breqkfast, I added 200k for breakfast for 2 person. I came to the restaurant at 8.30 am. And all of breakfast almost empty, they didnt bother to refill it. Even the watermellon they serve wasn't sweet at all, the melon is also hard. And I dont know why I get room with no access card to enter the room, only manual key while other rooms do have access card. In the bathroom also doesnt have soap rack. I put my soap near the sink, really annoying that I need to open and close the shower glass door to get my soap and shampoo. The water is also not hot enough. The air con is not cool, the floor is dusty, the room is dark, they dont have any lamp at the ceiling. Only warm lamp on the wall. The water heating pot is dirty. And also when i asked for additional drinking water, they ask to pay for additional 15k. It was a disapointment for 4 star hotel. For what I know, they also owned a hotel school. But how? their own management and cleaness is so bad.

The hotel lobby is clean tho

I recently stayed in this hotel for 13 and 14 July with my family It’s a worst hotel till now I had ever stayed, It’s even worst then a low budget hotel , Bad behavior of kitchen staff I asked for white egg he straight away refused, and after somtime I saw that guy was giving white egg to other guest , Room was smelly and in bad condition, Bed Sheets were in bad condition so much of stains, toilets were smelly, no hot water, Overall a very very very bad experience… totally a waste of money which the management should return.I will never return to this hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to anybody… the worst hotel of the city, better close this hotel .

I struggle to inderdtand this place's high TripAdvisor rating. It's VERY run down. In dire need of renovations. If you have an option to stay somewhere else, please do so.
I feel sorry for the folks working there as they can't help it that the owners haven't invested in the place to keep it up to date.

The bed sheets were dirty with holes and blood stains, sofa was rather smelly, the toilet bowl was broken.... Not to mention, I waited for more than an hour to get myself checked-in. I "believed" what I saw on one of e-commerce sites and set myself to path of disappointment. It wasn 't worth it ????????u200d♀️????

For a price of 700k+ rupiahs a room per night, it's not really worth it. For one, this hotel feels old. Maybe affected by the pandemic.
It was a bit difficult to find at night, no lights indicating the entrance.
One of our rooms had a smokey smell.
The pillowcases were a bit yellowish. The chairs seem to have not been vacuumed well. There is only one available electric outlet, three if you unplug the lamps by the mirror. The cabinet had one loose joint, and the light is off. The AC is somewhat loud, but the air is cool so no need to turn it on often, at least. There is no electric socket by the electric water kettle. The floor is clean, though, which is definitely a joy!
There were only one of each shampoo, soap, and toothbrush in my room, even though it was a twin bed room. Another room got a pair. The water heater is barely heating up, the other rooms are better, though. Oh, there's a hair dryer!
The breakfast was good, not spicy. The lobby had a full set of angklung! There's a swimming pool by the cafe.

Great place to stay have free breakfast all you can eat it got pool, gym.

Check in no hassle, room is big and comfy. Bathroom could have been better. Overall good. Breakfast needs more variety, at 8 am already ran out of food. Seems understaffed, hope this hotel can survive the pandemic till the end.
