I'd like to say that the location is perfect. Right in the heart of the city but simply comfortable, the traffic noise is minimal. sports centre are nearby, and surrounded by interesting culinary feast. However the room need to be refreshed. Especially in the bathroom: leaked pipe and humidity seems become a common problem (overheard complain from another guests). The Food is good, not much variation but for me was OK.
Ah almost forgot, the internet speed not suitable for you who intended to work from here, maybe a little bit speed upgrade will help (please!).

staying one night for a business trip, hotel looks outdated, got a room with an old furnished, bathroom is okay, clean and tidy. breakfast not so many options, but more than enough for me, they served local food such as noodle, fried rice, and many more. parking space was so limited, need to drop the key for a valet. others facilities not even check on it. rate was okay, less than IDR 1 Million inc breakfast.

for the room price of 928 thousand, the room is not good, too old and not clean. in the first room I got a lizard in the sky right above the bed. and changed to the next room where in the sky there was a dead butterfly stuck to it.

and they proudly named this room as the executive room.
I think you need renovation

Standard Amaroosa Hotel with their signature Luxurious Decor. However as usual difficult to maintain. Standard good and you know what to expect

The hotel was an old hotel, linens are brownish, carpet looks old and dirty, but room is comfortable, bathroom is clean and tidy and the room where I stay doesn't have a refrigerator.
But overall it's a good experience staying in Amaroossa Bdg.

Very bad. The room is dusty and smelly. clogged bathtub. Difficult to find parking and smelly parking at basement. the glass in the room didn't seem to be cleaned. dirty carpet. bad experience staying in this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfy. I like the concept and the interior. And the swimming pool was also beautiful. They have valet service too. The thing that i dont like was the service of housekeeping. As there are only 1 bath towel in my room so i asked for another. But that was never been delivered to my room until i did complained for it till 3 times.
