Nice hotel, clean room and bathroom, breakfast just ok.. Many varians menus such as fried rice, vegetables, chicken, toast, porridge, pudding, fruit. There is small pool for kids to swim indoor next to restaurant. Reception was nice and polite. Location is strategic. They provide water dispenser in every floor so if you want to make warm drink you can take hot water from the dispenser

Room is dirty, maybe because of old building and a lot of fungus inside the bathroom. Breakfast was not enough for the hotel's guest.

The room is small and have a bad smell. The breakfast buffet not pleasant.

Not a bad hotel but also not the best one, but it's still a nice place to stay/rest with reasonable price.

The location should be updated with "express" label on it. It gives wrong first impression and only when we check-in, we realized it is the "express" hotel type. The room facilities are a bit rundown, when we just about to enter the room, the lock did not work. And the staff moved us to another room (upon our request, since the lock is mechanic card, not electronic card) but when we stepped into the new room, the aircon did not work. It took the staff almost an hour for finally we can settle down peacefully without any issue further. The breakfast is decent. The hotel introduced some rules to be environmental friendly, if you are part of the movement, such as no single used toiletries provided, cannot request more towel just exchanged allowed, no mineral water bottle provided (instead water dispenser outside the hallway provided).
