Just checked in here and it's amazing for the price! The lady managing the place is super friendly and the room is clean, tidy and pretty spacious. There are free snacks, bottled water and a big bottle outside if you need more. There is a TV in the room and a common area outside all of the rooms if you want to sit with other people and watch something.

As is common in budget hotels in Indonesia there is no sink/basin, the bathroom is a wet room so if you're a westerner like me you'll have to adapt when shaving ect, but the bathroom is clean and tidy enough so no complaints.

There is no AC in the rooms, but its about 10 degrees cooler than Jakarta so it's actually quite nice. There is a fan for circulation if it does get too hot.

Regarding the person below's comments about not being able to shack up with his girlfriend, Indonesia is a predominantly muslim country. Do your research before traveling, it's not a hotels job to teach you about local culture. No drinking, smoking and of course it goes without saying no drugs. Do your best to respect the area and people you visit.

Surprisingly, there is a hot water here. The room is clean, you'll get snacks and mineral water for free, a towel, shower kit (no tooth paste and tooth brush).
The TV is provided with local channel. There is no AC, but there is a nice exhaust fan top of the door.
Then, the owner is really friendly. If you need something, just ask him.
There is no restaurant here, but you can get out and find so much street food and some groceries near the hotel.

But, I have several notes :
1. The main gate usually locked by the other customer who has a key (they are a yearly rental payment). So, I suggest you to not come home late here. Everybody is sleeping at 10.00 PM.
2. If you're a couple, make sure you bring your marriage certificate /something like that. The owner is very strict. No negotiation for couple with no legal certificate. Don't you dare to bribe the owner.
3. The bathroom and toilet is a bit small. If you don't mind, than it's OK.
4. The Toilet sometime stink, always close the toilet if you don't use it.

It's a cheap room, then lower your expectation. If you bring your kids, I suggest you not come here.

I can't recommend this hotel. My girlfriend and I did an online booking with Traveloka and we booked a room for 2 persons and 4 nights here. We wanted to check in here at 1pm but we were not allowed to check in together unless we provide an official marriage certificate. How crazy is that? If I book a hotel for 2 persons then they have to provide me one for 2 persons but here is it not the case. If they have such ridiculous rules they shouldn’t be allowed to publish their hotel to any travel agency. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because the room looked really clean.

Clean room and good facilities including free wifi, tv, hot shower, air conditioner and free hot u0026 cold water dispenser. Penjaganya ramah banget.
