Pengalaman yg kurang menyenangkan.

1. Saat check in tidak ada kary di check in counter, jd harus menunggu kary datang dl

2. Kamar yg kami dapat ternyata wc nya amat sangat bau seperti bau muntah / bab

3. Kami request ganti kamar dan kary menanggapi dengan tidak ramah

4. Kamar baru tidak bau, tapi kurang bersih

5. Di wc ada rambut2 yg tidak dibersihkan

6. Ada noda di tembok wc, krn iseng sy cb lap pakai tisu dan ternyata bisa bersih.. jd bukan noda permanen, hanya saja memang tidak dibersihkan dengan baik ????

7. Di wastafel banyak noda dan tidak bersih, cermin dan bagian sudut juga sama sepertinya tidak dibersihkan

8. Sy ambil gelas di wastafel ternyata dua2 nya kotor, yg 1 malah seperti bekas dipakai dan ada sisa odol2, mungkinkah saat orang lain check out barang2 di kamar tidak diperiksa lagi?

9.Di tembok banyak noda, ada noda lipstik di dekat kaca dan noda kotor2 di dinding terutama di bawah kaca jendela

10.Bahkan noda juga ada di roller blind nya ????

11. Meja di samping kasur juga kotor, banyak noda2 dan debu

12. Ada sebuah kursi putih dan kursi tsb juga banyak noda2

13. Setidaknya kami mendapat 2 botol air mineral per hari ????

This hotel is located in a row of shophouses, at first glance the entrance is less visible, but it is helped thanks to the unique and very unique design of the building on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

As soon as you enter, you are immediately greeted with an equally unique interior design. And these locus rooms also have a cafe, located next to the lobby and reception. They have cool paintings, a beautiful mini garden in the middle of the hotel, and amazing little details such as room numbering with vehicle number plates. There is a dispenser on each floor, so if you run out of mineral water, you don't have to go to the mini market first.

The rooms are unique, nice and very clean. The mattress is comfortable, clean and fragrant. There are bolsters too, I rarely find bolsters in hotels. The bathroom is also very nice, the design is cool, clean, there is a partition between the closet and the shower.

The wifi is very fast. In the morning, if you want breakfast, you can go to the cafe downstairs or look around the hotel, it's also easy.

Update: setelah coba kamar tatami ternyata kamar ini lebih berkesan dan unik dibanding twin atau double deluxe, hanya minusnya posisi kamar ada di bagian belakang hotel dan view-nya kurang bagus. Tapi buat yg bosan dengan tempat tidur yg itu-itu aja bisa coba tipe tatami karena tempat tidur yg unik tsb.

Lagi beruntung waktu mau booking kamar deluxe double yg hampir 300k harganya, dapat voucher 35% jadi 220k aja. Hotel ini ada di deretan ruko-ruko, sekilas pintu masuknya kurang terlihat, tapi terbantu berkat design bangunannya di lantai 2 dan 3 yg unik dan khas banget.

Begitu masuk langsung disambut design interior yg sama uniknya. Dan locus rooms ini juga ternyata punya cafe, letaknya bersebelahan sama lobi dan resepsionis. Mereka punya lukisan-lukisan keren, taman mini yg asri di tengah hotel, dan detil-detil kecil yg membuat takjub seperti penomoran kamar yg pakai plat nomor kendaraan. Di tiap lantai ada dispenser, jadi kalau air mineral habis gak harus pergi ke minimarket dulu.

Kamarnya unik, bagus dan bersih banget. Kasurnya nyaman, bersih dan wangi. Ada guling juga, jarang-jarang saya nemuin guling di hotel. Kamar mandinya juga enak banget, designnya keren, bersih, ada sekat antara closet dan shower.

Wifinya ngebut banget. Pagi harinya kalau mau sarapan bisa di cafe bawah atau nyari di sekitar hotel juga gampang.

Overall ini salah satu hotel paling berkesan buat saya, worthed untuk reservasi lain waktu.

Untuk ukuran budget hotel, fasilitas sangat bagus sekali. Interiornya sangat kekinian. Harg terjangkau, booking di Airy hanya sekitar 200ribuan aja. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan karena di kamar masih banyak sisa-sisa rambut. Mungkin next bisa ditambah lift, karena lumayan capek juga naik sampai ke lantai paling atas.
