This place big, the services is great and the goods are quiet complete too. Located in the 2nd and 3rd floor. Here also has informa which located on 1st floor and has pet kingdom too which i can say its so complete for many kind of variety product but tge pricy here but pricy (on pet kingdom).. but ACE has some product discount some are just normal prices... and wish them stock their empty product fast so we the buyer not disappointted of "empty stock" but overall they have good services, tq ACE.

It’s the biggest ace hardware in the town. Informa, Pet Kingdom, and Toys Kingdom also present here.

The biggest disappointment here is the place is not stroller and wheelchair friendly, it takes really hard-work to move from floor to floor especially going in and out of the main building, expect you’re parking at the rooftop and use the only lift available. With floor area this big, moving with wheels with limited lift is not easy task at all.

Since the owned the whole building now, they could add ramp at the entrance and if can add lift. That will surely help.

Of all Ace Hardware stores in Bandung, i think this is the biggest one. So spacious and plenty of rooms to wander among shelves of wonderful items. Be prepare to spare enough time here to find your favourite thing or just to have an idea what suits to your house interior and comeback later. The whole stores is surrounded by foodcourt of so many food varieties, convenient stores, and many more. Whatelse? ATMs and multi-storey parking spaces are here for your convenient

As usual, ACE is always helpful place. Many things we need are almost available here. I can spend much time here. No photo was taken because prohibited. You should go there yourself and feel the experience.

the goods and home appliances department store, one of the best department store chain for home goods and appliances. I like their customer service, very helpful and superb. When im looking for a thing, they will give direction right to the place where its located in store, even the staff wait until you don't need help anymore and when I need to return defect product, they change it with new product in minutes. I love their service, even they sell it more expensive than others
