Basic Barista Course. Insanely challenging. 4 days of learning manual brewing u0026 espresso machines. 1 day of exams. 1st timers need extra time/hours practicing prior to examinations. Lecturers / Baristas are excelent. However, I couldnt stand the late starting hours @ every single day. I guess you need to be punctual with time. CATS ... ????????u200d⬛????????u200d⬛ this is the place where cats are welcome to join u0026 nap during classes. Meooowww .. ????????????????
I cant thank you enough to mbak Mia ????, kang Obiet u0026 kang Dadan (upin ipin ????????), kang Gilang u0026 kang Ebe ????????. Vibe u0026 connection you built during course were great. 5758 is one of the best place to obtain knowledge about coffee. ????????

Had a lot of fun joining the basic barista class. For 4 days, I've met a lot of fun and new people from different places! Learning from 5758 courses surely will help you learn about coffee really fast and effective and also with their cool and fun instructors! This place definitely a recommendation. Oh and also they have lots of cats????

today i went to 5758 coffee lab w/ my man. there's a place for cupping class and coffee shop.

as u can see from the photos, it's so cozy (although it has an industrial style) u0026 i love this place! (i think it's a fusion between warm tones u0026 industrial design) u0026 i tried mochaccino★

Coffee academy that sponsored the Indonesian Cup of Excellence. They have several classroom but also have a coffee shop. Semi outdoor seating is available

A good place to learn everything about coffee. Very insightful class, trainers also very thoughtful-resourceful-well experienced and very open minded. Surely will register for another classes for me and my baristas.

Oh yeah dont forget the coffee shop also great, friendly yet "caur" Baristas, you can make your cup of coffee, froath and pour your own milk and make your own latter art.

The downside, no food served here.

Anyway thanks for the past 3 days..its been a wonderful coffee journey
