+ very good location. tons of food around walking distance
+ surprisingly good tv with hd channel and hbo? man, this is better than some 4 star hotel
+ decent bathroom with good lighting and strong water pressure
+ very good pricing
+ really nice to be able to open the window and let fresh air come in
+ the bed are very clean and surprisingly comfy. which is very good!

- I don't know why the lighting in the bathroom is so much brighter than the room itself.
- yeah the sliding door for the bathroom is annoying. sometimes its stuck into our suitcase
- parking is a bit of issue here. its a bit tight

but overall for its price, its a good first experience for me with whiz group. very good place if you're looking for essential things in a hotel.

already booked it, but they said no booking were being made, end up we have to book another room, only to find 1 hr later that they made mistake and gave us the other room.. paid double rooms.. cannot refund.. not to mention tiny parking lot..

So it's great but it isn't really worth it because the beds are too small and the room is kinda tight but i still recommend it

The stay was so awesome. The rooms were clean. However the elevator was sometimes only 1 available so we had to wait for so long. Breakfast on the rooftop was great too. There was an outdoor area where we could get sunlight while eating breakfast. Range of choices were given...

Good responsive customer service mr. Dicky and ms. April.
Room is small and the sliding bathroom door is anoying because it is also as a cabinet door. Not enough power outlets. Room is clean OK, amenities are sandals, toothbrushes and 2 botttles of water , no soap or shampoo. Channels tv are great with many foreign movies. The elevator button is not sensitive. And the restaurant does not serve almost everything. So why ?

This was my second stay here. Quite good actually, and the place is so strategic in the heart of Lampung.

I got into my room and also check for my family rooms. The bed sheet, pillow and blanket somehow i found the stain. A bit red, a bit yellow or slightly brownish.

I asked the staff for replacement and they quickly responded the request.

For over all experience, everything is going well.
The staffs also friendly.
