spacious and huge room
The view here is just amazing.
when we come there is an issue with the cigarette smell inside our room. they quickly give us another room.
and the new room got another issue with the hairdryer, but they are quick to replace with the new one.

pretty satisfied with the service.

Everything is great there. Though the swimming pool area need a bit more "oommphh". Other that that, it's perfect. The room smells wonderful. Beds are comfy. Spacious too. I will def go back.

We had quite a long stay at this hotel and we find it really rewarding. To start with, if you need any information prior to your booking, get in touch with Pak Heri from Sales and Marketing team. He was really patient with all of my inquiry despite of my booking uncertainty.

When we arrived very late we were greeted with the friendliness of the front desk team. We would like to thank Mbak Agil, Mbak Bella, Pak Agud, Pak Dedi, Pak Reynaldi and all of their team that we haven't mentioned. They were really attentive and quick on their feet to meet our needs.

The service did not stop just there. The restaurant had become our hang out spot in the morning. Everyone there was really kind and helpful to us. In fact when our family were ill on our second week in Lampung, some of the staff were really helpful. They went out of their way trying to help us to get better. We would like to thank our new friends from Swiss-Cafe restaurant Chef Hardi, Pak Ahmad Yani, Pak Fiky, Ibu Ditya, Ibu Maya, and all of the trainee from the local vocation schools, Desinda, Maria, Novel, Nabila, Fitri, Hilda, Iis, Fatmawati, Madu, Agnes, Rida, Nabila, Samuel, Tubagus, Naris and Nabila.

The quality of the food is really good, so is the variation. So you won't be let down insyaAllah. The room was really clean so we would like to thank Dede, Rusli, Chairul and Ngurah for this. Lastly we would like to cheer Syahrul for his hardwork as well as Dora and her team who's been greating us with their kindness.

We had a long stay while visiting family in Bandar Lampung. Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful, going far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here especially if you have small children. The facilities are great ( pool, gym, sauna, restaurants).
We were particularly impressed by Heri, Dede (7th floor), Choirul, Rusli, Maya, Ditiya , Ficky, Ahmad Yani, Chef Hardi, Novel, Madu, Fatmawati, Desinda, Maria, Samwell , Tubagus, Naris, Nabila (Chef), Nabila (restaurant), Iis, Fitri, Maria, Hilda, Bella, Agil, Agus, Dedi, Deni, Hardi, Dora, Syahrul .... and many more !

Its amazing for 4 stars hotel. A king size for bed room. The room ar neat and we can see a sea or hill view. For breakfast, the resto has various menu. ????

It’s been 3 years since my last visit to this hotel but nothing changed. The hospitality, cleanliness and the room was still well maintained. And the good things they had an exhaust fan located on the ceiling inside the room if you book a smoking room, it’s good because most of the other hotel only had it in the bathroom.

We have uncomfortable experience when used Ballroom last week.

Sound system was not what we expected. The technician unable to operate mixer properly.

Limited time for us to demob our equipment/other users already prepared their stuff even we're not finished yet.
