Saya sudah 4x kesini karena kontrol kehamilan.
Kunjungan pertama dan kedua pelayanan cepat karena pembayaran pribadi. Ketiga dan keempat dengan BPJS.

Cuma yang paling parah kunjungan keempat, dari jam setengah 5 sore sampai jam setengah 7 malam menunggu antrean pendaftaran jalur BPJS. Mungkin ini perlu diperhatikan lagi oleh dewan direksi rumah sakit. Karena ini kan RS besar ya... Masa pelayanan nya sangat lamban..

Pelayanan di bagian farmasi juga lama banget , baik melalui pribadi maupun BPJS. Tapi yg BPJS jauh lebih lama dibanding pembayaran pribadi, bisa sekitar satu sampai dua jam.
