Hotel with strategic location next to the mall, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the lobby is comfortable with lots of sofas and tables. the important one is the hotel services are very satisfying and fast in respond. the salesperson is also very helpful in organizing meetings (Thank you Miss Vika). the food is all delicious, it's just that you need variety in the breakfast menu. Radisson should be a 5 stars hotel ????

Located next to Kedaton Mall. Room is quite spacious, only the entertainment on tv is very limited. Breakfast is great with various selections. Parking area is shared with the mall. Easy access to mall is very attractive but parking can be difficult to find for hotel patrons.

The best hotel for the location and service for the time being in Lampung.
- The hotel is located side by side with Boemi Kedaton Mall. The hotel even has a special connecting access to the mall on the third floor so that it is easier for us when we need to go to the mall. Thus, it is very convenient for us.
- The rooms are spacious, the size of the bed is big that you can accommodate 2 adults and a kid on the single bed.
- The rooms are clean, well lit, and well maintaned.And not to forget that this is the most soundproof hotel I have found so far. It's nice to not hearing someone from beside your room or upstairs talking, opening the doors or walking around the room.
- The amenities are complete. There are two complimentary bottles of mineral water, safe deposit box, refrigerator, hair dryer, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels, 2 bath towels, room slippers, coffee maker, and also hand sanitizer. Good job on supporting the health protocol during the pandemic!
- There are also swimming pools and gym. My kids really like the swimming pools. There are also a lot of pools chairs with umbrella besides the pools.
- The menu variety for the breakfast is quite diverse. I like how they serve some menu specially manned by their Fu0026B staff so that they can control the flow and quantity of the items. This service is better to control the quality and quantity of the menu items so that there will be no menu that is out of stocks.
- The services are superb. From the process of checking in and out that are super quick and how the FO staff accommodated my request to check the rooms first before checking in and also when we had difficulty to open the hotel door access from the mall. They always respond quickly and efficiently. Please keep up the good work!

The only downside to our stay is that we got connecting rooms on the smoking floor. Although the Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job in treating the rooms so that there is no scent of smoke in our connecting rooms, sometimes when there are guests smoking in the other rooms, we could still smell the cigarette smoke coming from the air vent. However, the Front Officer did explain the situation very well that it is not an issue for us.

All in all, this hotel is very recommended for staycation with your family or to have a business meeting as it is still near the city center.

Luxury and cozy hotel in town. Located beside Mall Boemi Kedaton, easy to go here. It has nice swimming pool. Delicious many breakfast menu.

a little story about our experience staying at the Radisson hotel Lampung. Previously, my family and I would like to thank Radisson Lampung for upgrading our rooms so that we are more comfortable while staying there. We stayed for 17 days here for a family vacation or more precisely. for me "Homecoming" / Pulang Kampung . Praise God, I can finally return to my homeland after more than 2 years of the pandemic. Thank you for the hospitality from all the Radisson Lampung Hotel team, special thanks to Jannie and the front desk team who are always friendly and kind. Thanks to the excellent housekeeping Especially Zainal and Angga, thank you for helping to clean and tidy up and prepare our needs during our stay there. Thank you also to all the Fu0026B team, especially to Ambar, Artha and Puput as well as Widya who always served us at breakfast in a friendly and kind manner. we stay in a room equipped with a kitchen set and a washing machine which is very useful for families who are on vacation, especially on vacation with babies. The hotel is very clean and tidy. and this hotel is very strategically located, right in the middle of the city of Bandar Lampung, and not too far from the airport. This hotel is directly connected to the Kedatan Boemi Mall, so if you need anything it is very easy to find whatever you need, such as supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I highly recommend this hotel to stay or vacation in Bandar Lampung.

This hotel also has a large restaurant and the food is delicious, for those who like to eat noodles, you should try "Mie Goreng Mamak". just a little advice from us to keep the coffee hot during breakfast so that the coffee doesn't get cold even though people come for breakfast a bit late. and it might be very interesting if there is a local coffee station / provides a variety of local coffee so that visitors to Lampung can taste Lampung's specialty coffee plus traditional market snacks. Thank you for providing a pleasant and comfortable stay for our vacation.
