Hari ini saya dan adik saya pergi ke puskesmas Kedaton dgn tujuan mau konsultasi dan bertanya terkait pengobatan TBC. adik saya sudah menjalani pengobatan TBC selama 6 bulan di kabupaten way kanan dikarenakan adik saya kuliah di balam maka disarankan untuk pergi ke puskesmas tempat dia nge kos yaitu daerah kedaton oleh dokter sebelumnya, tujuan kami kesana untuk bertanya dan konsultasi karena kami orang baru di Balam, apakah bisa untuk mengambil obat disana dan prosedur nya sperti apa. Tapi sayangnya pelayanan di puskesmas sangatlah buruk, belum selesai kami menjelaskan tujuan kami ke puskesmas dan menyerahkan surat rujukan dan surat keterangan dari dokter sebelumnya ibu ibu disana selaku staff sudah berkata : "Gak usah gak usah di layani, ini bukan pasien kita", jujur saya tertegun mendengar nya, apakah sesulit ini berobat untuk orang miskin ya? Minimal sebagai seorang staff kesehatan ditanyakan dlu detail asal dari mana, tujuan nya apa,di puskesmas prosedur disana dijelaskan baik baik tanpa marah2. Memangnya uang pemerintah dipake buat marah2 dan mengusir pasien yg mau berobat ya bapak/ibu??? Apalagi ini pasien TBC yang sudah jelas ada anggaran nya. Untuk ibu ibu staff puskesmas yang marah2 tadi ke adik saya, semoga ibu sehat terus dan bisa bekerja lebih ramah lagi ya.
