The building is starting on 2nd floor and integrated with an Alfamart store, the room is a bit messy (but overall is clean and acceptable), bathroom isn't well-maintained and somehow having the most unusual setup for me, ACs isn't working correctly (but at least it's cool enough), no TVs, and no amenities (as far as I remember). Parking spaces is so limited, even more because the stores needs its own space in the morning. Car owners probably getting a little bit of problem if they plan to rest for a whole day.

Edit: After reconsidering my experience and the price ratio, I should've put this as a budget hotel and it delivers above average, hence I add more stars and a little bit of detail in the end for the review.

divka residen penginapan ny ok. staf ny ramah ramah... kamar ny bersih wangi dan rapi.. makasih divka.
