My wife and I stayed in the Junior Suite. We were happy to find a very clean and luxurious room, with a great view, and with plenty of complimentary water. The staff even delivered us a delicious piece of chocolate cake for free. We ordered room service multiple times and the food was always really good, with a friendly staff person bringing it. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel before, with a large selection. We extended our stay at the last moment, and the though the room we were in was booked for the next night, the staff worked hard and coordinated it so we could stay in our room until it was time to switch to a new one. Additionally, the gym was nice and I enjoyed a workout in it. Highly recommend!

It is located in hilly part of the city. It has some good ocean views. But it is a challange for walking around it.
The service was good. We got breakfast. The hotel staffs look professional u0026 ready to help. But I had an incident at the restaurant. I already ordered a noodle dish to be prepared, then i went to pick up other foods. Then back again to noodle corner, the restaurant staff had not prepared it.
This staf didn't listen to or pay attention to my request.
Room is typical. All amenities function

The sales manager is very friendly. Nice to discuss. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The location is close to Indomaret and Alfamart. Hotel drivers are friendly and always eager to take hotel guests. The rooms are pretty neat.

This hotel is old, some interiors are out of date
Dark hotel hallway so little bit spooky
Food is oke but they served slowly
Laundry facility need improvement, they had not finished my laundry in the same day
View in this hotel in some area is very beautiful

Centrally located with lots of eating places within walking distances. Request for room with good view of the city

Good location, room style and cleanness ok.
The only problem with the room, not soundproof, you can hear people closed and open the door while you were sleeping in the middle of the night, boom boom bang!
If you stay during the week, get ready with the noise, trust me even more!
Maybe hotel should put or remind every guest related to hotel etiquette.

Good place to stay. Comfortable beds, good service too. Spacious and clean room. Spacious parking. Better stay compared to other well known hotel chains.
