Saya baru pertama kali ke RS ini untuk kontrol anak saya yg ke dokter telah mengoperasinya di RS lain.

Lokasinya di sebelah RS Abdul Muluk, tidak begitu besar RS ini, juga untuk parkir mobilnya tidak terlalu luas.

Bagian pendaftarannya ramah2, informatif dan cepat. Begitu pula di bagian pendaftaran BPJS nya cepat dan baik pelayanannya.

Suster yg menerima dan memanggil pasien di ruang praktek dokter juga ramah dan informatif serta banyak senyumnya sehingga keluarga pasien merasa nyaman, begitu pula dokter yg memeriksanya bnyk memberi informasi dan ramah, berbeda ketika pertama bertemu di ruang operasi.

Ketika diminta keruang Radiologi, petugasnya pun ramah dan tidak lama antrinya. Pun ketika mengambil obat cepat, tidak perlu antri lama.

Saya terkesan dg pelayanan yg baik di RS ini, walaupun type C, pelayanannya baik dan cepat.....
