Value okay, but room needs maintenance. AC not too cold, 2 holes in ceiling. Found 2 hairs on my bed. Suspect hairs from housekeeping staff. Ants in sink area. For 1 night stay is tolerable but I wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

Waiting so long for room. When arrival, room not ready need to clean up first.

Receptionist not friendly, to many chit chat with their colleague.

Been here for joining tax seminar from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m. I feel satisfied with the service they gave us. The foods are delightful. This hotel position is also easy to find out from google map or real position. What else do you want me to review? Prayer room also available in the first floor.

Loooveee it! It's located in a strategic area, easy to recognized, responsive staff, clean room, complete amenities, proper food, nice room facilities, a lot of power socket (literally a lot! I could find at least 6 in my room), and I could go on, but the point is their price is really affordable. Cozy bed, cozier than the other famous hotel I've had been stayed in Balikpapan before. For a business travel, I feel like on a holiday! Nice job, guys.

Nice budget hotel. The location is strategic, near mall and many place to eat. Near ATM center. Fitness center is nice too, but the location is next to club. It makes us fell unconvenient, especially for woman.

My favorite hotel in balikpapan.
Cheap price for good qualify hotel.
It has:
1. Clean room
2. Very comfo bed and soft pillows.. love it!
3. Good smell/fragrant towel
4. Clean bathroom
5. Many cable plugs in every corner of the room. Good value!!

Near from living plaza and balikpapan baru are also good advantage.

I reccomend u to stay at this hotel when visiting balikpapan.
