Went for vacation and related business for couple of months, the residents are nice; they are very welcoming and helpful. Room was huge and cool, specifically in Indonesia since it's super humid and hot. Price was fairly cheap and there is free WiFi available.
close to the main street with a nice view.
also plenty of parking space.
there is also kitchen that you would be sharing with the other residents and water always available.

If you are looking for a budget accommodation this place is the right choice. With a view of balikapapan's harbour and cheap price below 10€ per night.

The owner are very nice too. My room was clean, quiet and close to the beach.
