Good service. But bad attitude at poli person u0026 the woman doctor (kids poli). No queue, but have to wait almost 1 hour. We were nevermind about that, but the attitude, was disappointing. Hope better next.

Advice for the Restu Ibu Hospital to pay more attention to the safety and security of patients waiting in the outpatient polyclinic. Environmental and safety risks can cause discomfort to the patient or the patient's family. Pay attention to the patient's rights that the hospital must fulfill. Thank You

The parking area is a lot bigger now.. and it's free parking now.. really appreciated..

Good service, as a visitor, you can easily find food and any other stuff that you need around the hospital

Certain doctors have limited quota of patient. The old building was not nice nor comfortable. Parking area was just plain weird and very limited. Getting medicine took more than an hour, no kidding. But despite those, this hospital is famous for their credibility. So it may be worth it.
