RAPAK Plaza is one of the older supermarket in Balikpapan. It is located in RAPAK, and a little bit far from heart of city if compared to the Plaza Balikpapan.
One of its unique value is that it offers a cheap price for clothes or most of the time give a big discount at Ramayana section especially during holidays like idul fitri, crishtmas, or new year.
Plaza rapak also have several stores available other than clothes stores. The third floor mainly is grocery store, and half of it and the second floor is clothing store. The first floor is have a lot of service ranging from phone, watches, bookstore (karisma), eateries (KFC, and food stalls). It also have underground floor where traditional clothes market is opened there (you can bargain here), same also applies to the store on the outer areas. Heck, The outer area even have a karaoke spot. Kind of amazing and weird that so many kind of store mixed up at the same place
Personally, i think if you are looking for cheap priced clothings you can go here. But, i should warn you that the air conditioner is not too cold and it is pretty hard to drive to the parking area as it is ascending with curve, moreover it does not have that much large parking spots (especially for car).
Reminder even after all that, people still comes for the clothes.
