I had with my wife, the spagetti bolognese, beef lasagne al forno and herbal rosted chicken.
The tomato souce for the bolognese was maybe baught ready from the supermarket. It had that typical very very sweet taste... no recommendation. The lasagne was tasteless... no recommendation. The herbal rosted chicken was missing herbs and it was partial very dry. The mashed potatoes were nice together with the mushroom sauce even it weren´t fresh mushrooms.

Just had dinner in Pasta Cielo. Food and drink were so so. But I had bad experience while paying the bill. The price was not as what written on menu. It was higher. One which was very ridiculous, I asked why I was charged IDR 40K for mixed juice instead of 30K as on menu, and the waitress replied because it was mixed juice so the price was a bit higher. Then I asked why she didn’t explain that while I was ordering because I would assume that I would pay the price I read on menu. And she replied,”yaaah, mba kan ga nanya pas mesan” or “well, you didn’t ask about the price while ordering”.
It was so not service oriented and so disappointing!

Amazing food, great atmosphere. But it took them quite a long time to serve our food. Tho I don't really mind it and had a fantastic time there.

Italian food restaurant but they have local food too..all the food are good taste..consistent....the service is always good..it might be the best italian restaurant in Balikpapan
