The room was kinda fine for me. The Ac and hot water are working well but still have some fix in here and there.

no lift so to move baggage from Ground level to level 3 it's so freakin hard. Bad room service, the A/C is bad not cool enough and just like a normal windblower but worse. The rooms' bed isn't comfy as the picture say, yes they have the widest room you ever see but tbh, it doesn't matter since the bath room are dirty too. Bad Hotel, don't come unless you are just a traveler with small baggage and want to suffer here since changing room is bad because they will charge you

Hotel condition wasn't good need some fixing and the room I got somehow the water is so small and slow and the faucet sink not working well

Kamar sangat bersih,sangat wangi,house keepingnya sangat ramah dan tanggap.Resepsionis juga ramah.Hotel the best
