Good place, nice vibes, a good place where you want to upgrade your house appearances. Friendly and good product knowledge for the staff, specially at the powertools section. Its good if they have entrance/exit also at the back of the store as this will make it easier for those who park their vehicle at the back of the store

Good product is sold here. The car parking area is still managed by 3rd party, that's very incomfortable for customer, and this is sub standard for modern shopping place.

Been there for the first week of its opening season-- staff on the floor were extra helpfull with providing specs of available items on displays despite database not yet ready for status of items stocked due to recent startup of Mitra10

Bad on delivery process. It's so long and need more time to contact their sales to reminder about delivery.

the price is very wow for some reason or maybe this is just the opening promo. but this place gjve us many option who needs a material for bulding house, office or need to renovate. from ceramic tile to door handle, home tools, custom door till a lamp.. theres many you can get in this place.. i can say.. one place shopping.. just try it
