After giving feedback, the hotel had improved their service. Making sure the room is properly cleaned and room amenities properly topped up everyday. Hopefully the hotel can keep up this standard.

However, on one day during my 2 weeks stay, I saw small cockroach on the bed.

I would give 4 stars if the room have some refrigerator. The good part of this place is the roof top, really it's top notch place to sit there and enjoy the sunset. The food is not that good, also they take too long to serve the food, I was waiting for an hour just for garlic chicken on their restaurant, and it come lukewarm. the parking space is big, looks like they do some renovation.

The room and all those stuff are pretty good but need to be upgrade.
Kinda disappointed with the service the fact that we should check in at 1 PM but it postponed for almost 2 hours. There's a bidet and tissue but no water gun/spray on the toilet for some people who do like cleaning using it.
THE WIFI IS USELESS (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
There's no fridge at all in the room considering the fee that we should pay for room we rent, at least put mini fridge in your room. And last one please put a wall clock in the room, thank you.

Stayed for 3d2n, to sum it up here my point
+ room is spacious
+ foods are good
+ good wifi connection
- first day i stay at room 611, doh its the worst:
- room is smelly, i asked for room spray but still it doesn’t work, even the smell stays on my shirt
- bed sheets and bathroom are smelly as well
- washtub is leaked
- towels look dirty and smelly
- a lot of small insects in the shower area
- hot water doesn’t work
- noisy in the outside
- TV turn off itself when I sleep
- rooftop bar is not accept card for spending less thank 100k, I asked the waitress to come to my room (since i only bring my card) for payment in cash they said we cannot come to the room. Like come ooonnn, you are not the only one waitress at the time. So i take my money in my room and back to rooftop and back to my room. Really inefficient for the guest
- gym tools are not well maintained
Second day i moved to room 707, smells better
But still:
- some wooden floors is not even,unsafe
- small insects in the shower room
- smelly towels
- blurry tv channel in both room

Actually i stayed for 4d3n in balikpapan and i decide to move to other hotel in my last day.
Deffo will not back to this hotel, unless they do massive improvements especially for the room cleanliness

Nice and large room, receptionists are friendly, and water in bathroom is murky. The cups in the room is not too clean, we found lipstic marks on it.
About meeting room, a nice girl from Max Bistro restaurant is very nice to take our photos. The sound system needs maintenance.

everything is OK, i like the room, gym, rooftop pool and cafe very nice, breakfast is fantastic. i've read on the web that hotel has free transport pick up to hotel from airport but actually absolutely not free.

In terms of location, food, swimming pool facilities and prices are ok, but the rating for housekeeping is quite disappointing especially when there is an event at the hotel. Personal experience of staying 2 weeks, starting from the availability of clean towels, room cleanliness, snack box (if you order a warmth king bed type room) u0026 soap, you have to be extra patient when you ask for the things above, even though these are things that are offered to you at the beginning of the check in which should already be available without you needing to ask again.
Maybe the housekeeping staff needs to be added so that guest services, especially those who have stayed for a long time, can still be entertained.
