Old but gold, this hotel has the private beach for you to spend with the family or workmates, suitable to hold for event. With various type of room, le grandeur has nice service, though breakfast is average, the beach and pool are the things I love from here. Nice

They have an old building but great services. Great hospitality. You have your own beach. Good swimming pool. Great food. This hotel have a nice ballroom for an event. Really worth it for spending a night here. It is a great for weekend get away too. It is in the middle of Balikpapan city and easy to access.

Nice hotel to stay... The located is strategic close to center of Balikpapan city. So easy to reached some transportation arrounds this hotel n close to airport too. Staff is friendly... Room is large and cleaning there. Breakfast is more variety to eating, delicious kind. Any facilities in that hotel likes swimming pool, area fitness, cafe and connect going to walking to the beach.... So far is good... Recommend to stay here

Old fashioned hotel but with excellent services.. Good hotel to stay in Balikpapan for a long period of time. It feels homey, great staff hospitality, there's good but old pub (watch out for the girls) . The pool u0026 fitness center also good. The hotel has it's own beach although not a clean one.

Don't expect to much for a service.
Hospitality is fine,
no pickup service from hotel to airport or from airport to hotel, even a shuttle service is really a bad request.
Hot water coming out yellow first and no exhaust fan on the bathroom... really smelly,
Question mark on four stars how did you get it?
Refurbishing is needed and also a well reformed management.

The most i liked is the Bar, the decoration, vintage modern with so many bottle of wine and champagne, i tried red wine, good enough but not so special. The ambient of this hotel is very warm and cozy. Located near from beach, thats good olace for business and leisure

The hotel has a very beautiful view of sea beach. The room is very comfortable. However, the bath tub is not good enough because some tools has already broken.
