Bad experience. The moment when me and my friend checked-in, we submitted our ID and booking code. Around 2,5 hours later, while we were just minding our business and have planned to relax after a long trip from Samarinda, the officer called and told they gave us the wrong room. They said we need to switch room the next day at 1 PM the latest while we already have another business appointment until 3 PM. Never say never, but we surely won't book to this hotel ever again. Amen to that.

The staff that we meet during our stay here is so friendly and nice.
The room and the toilet are clean, there is a small problem with the bed lamp, but it's not a big deal.
There is rest area around swimming pool and it's has good snd calming vibe.
Overall it's good hotel for us, but there is always room for improvement, thankyou. ????

A man named Jemy is nice and friendly. Sagita is a quiet place inside big and busy city of Balikpapan

Very Dirty Toilet cannot be flushed
FO staff even do not wanted to return the deposit. Even i have checked out.

Good hotels in the past.

During my bussines visit on Mar 2021,
Unfortunately only a few visitors here.

Hotel services is good but need more improvement for Hotel facility like LED TV, Cool bar, Air conditioner, Breakfast menu, etc.

Hopefully Horison can return to being a good hotel in the future

Very bad service. I've stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks, i have experienced dusty carpet, late clean towel, and the very bad experience was water has been turned off for 2 hours (11 pm to 01 am) due to maintenance. Not recommended please avoid unless you stretched with budget.
