Keep the good effort. Although need to more concern on clean of the room and surrounded area in the hotel. Overall the experienced is not impressed but satisfied with the service. Staff also friendly and the wifi is good.Good job

I'm staying one more time in this hotel, after a long time ever staying here, i feel a signifcant difference with current condition.

Room Cleaneliness is Good,
Friendly Employee, Fast check-in / check-out process. i had ask for a toothbrush and bath towel first because the the towels in the room weren't available, but they quickly complied with my request.

Things that you need to be considered:

you have to budget for your bath towel, i received towel with big holes, bed sheet has a few stain, the ceiling in the corridor was hollow (i stayed in 5th floor), you need to fix it, because it looks scary when lamps were off.
i asked for sandals/slipper and bath mat, but the staff said they were out of stock.

overall still good. i wish you can increase your service in the future.

Need cleaning the bathroom, hall seems creepy, my room hasn't window but still nice u0026 the receptionist was nice also. Fine for 1 night stay. Thanks

The worst hotel I have ever stay. Initially booked 3 rooms for 3 days, and after 1st night I immediately cancel all reservation. Super spooky room, feels and smell old. Mold everywhere. Don’t stay here, really. My worst $15 ever, you can get much better hotel!

Hotel is dirty, bed smell on the corridor, there is a rat in the box near lift,, bathroom very dirty never clean up, leaking from AC, no hot water on the shower. Lighting in the room not light enough, glass windows dirty, food garbage bag lying near lift area make bed smell, noisy voice from other area was shouting we can not sleep

Need to improve the cleanliness!!! A Lot! The room and corridor smells bad. The elevators are so dirty. Empty hand sanitizer. I understand we're in pandemic situation, but that should be an extra reason to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness better
